今日は灌仏会(Buddha’s Birthday)

今日は、お釈迦様(Buddha)の誕生日。

そして、一年前の4月8日は、私がこのブログを始めた日。

そこで今日も又、私の大好きなAyako Suzuki(鈴木章子)さんの詩を紹介します。

One's destination.( 行き先き)


As long as you remember where is your destination,( 行き先きさえ　しっかり　覚えていれば)

you will always arrive there.( 必ず　そこに着くものですよ)

For example, even if you get on the wrong train ( たとえ　反対向きの汽車に乗ったにせよ)

and suddenly realize, "I'm going the wrong way,"( "あー　反対だった"　と気づけば)

although you lose time( 少々時間はかかりますが),

you will still reach your destination.( 行き先きには着くものですね)

Now I get it.( あーそうか)

Because we have a final destination,( 行き先きがあるから)

we are able to know which is the right derection.( 方向ちがいがわかるのか)

あなたが向かいたい人生の行き先きは、どこですか？
